We Are Open And Here To Help!

We have escalated our already stringent hygiene routines and are still here to support you and our community at this difficult time.
We are asking people to wear masks at their consults, and we only allow the patient in the clinic, not their driver/carer/posse.
Whilst social distancing is important, your pain and comfort remains our priority, which is why the Australian Government considers Allied Health and ‘essential service’.
It is important that we help reduce the load on our amazing local GP’s and hospitals during these testing times.
Should you be forced to self-isolate, or are in a high risk category, please call to discuss your problems with a Podiatrist on 02 9542 3491.

Public Service Announcement – What are we doing to protect against Covid-19?
The health and safety of our clients and staff is of utmost importance to us. Continue to check in on our website and social media pages (facebook and instagram) for updates on how we are dealing with this situation.
• If you are at all unwell, or have been close contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 please call us to reschedule your appointment
• We are continuing with current clinical staff hand hygiene processes and cleaning of chairs after use. Any items used by clients within treatment rooms will be cleaned after every use.
• We have plenty of hand sanitiser available for your use on arrival and prior to departure.
• We are cleaning common areas multiple times a day with alcohol based cleaner.
• If you prefer to wait for your appointment in your car, away from others we can do that.
• You can book your appointments online (except for Narelle) or over the phone if you prefer.
• Please help us by no bringing any extra people into the clinic, practising your own hand hygiene and cancelling your appointment if you are unwell.
• If you are unsure whether you should attend your appointment please contact the clinic and our reception team will be able to advise you.
• No staff will be attending work if they are at all unwell.
